The Stay Project is a London-wide suicide prevention initiative designed to support frontline workers with tailored training, reflective spaces, and practical wellbeing tools. It was developed by a network of specialist partners to address burnout, isolation, and compassion fatigue in the suicide prevention workforce, particularly those supporting under-represented communities across all 32 boroughs.
I led on the development of the project’s visual identity, branding, and strategy, working closely with a colleague to shape a tone and look that felt steady, respectful, and warm. The logo, which features a bespoke outline of the London skyline, was created in response to a concept proposed by a partner organisation, but carefully redrawn to avoid any copyright concerns and ensure the final mark was unique and ownable.
The wider identity included a muted, grounding colour palette and gentle typography, reflecting the emotional weight of the work while remaining practical and accessible for use across reports, presentations, and outreach materials.
